Currently, Shantai has 9 state-of-the-art automatic production lines for popping candy, from where over 5billion pouches of popping candy can be produced annually. All of our popping candy making machines are manufactured after years of independent R&D.
Candy from the production workshop will be transferred to the sorting workshop in which our professional staffs sort out the candy by professional machines. We set strict demands on sorting. With every 100 kilograms of raw materials, we produce 65 kilograms that are qualified. Unqualified candy powder will be treated as waste of being reused.
We have over 100 packaging machines for different types of popping candy. The newly-introduced intelligent and high-speed packaging machine for automatic laminating has a speed up to 600 pouches per minute, producing products of equal weight and beautiful appearance.
Our packaging line is designed based on our production need. The packaging stage is equipped with self-controlled feeding system and automatic packaging system. Our packaging line has high yield and performance, not only keeping the environment clean but also shortening the delivery time.
A 100,000-level dust-free workshop built in 2020, this candy production workshop has been used to mainly produce popping candy products such as popping candy, popping candy powder, and popping candy + lollipop, with continuous strip packets and single pouches.
Since 2021, Shantai has been collaborating with South China University of Technology in terms of scientific research and jointly set up a laboratory. Thanks to the cooperation, we have developed popping candy 3.0, further improving the quality and the stability of our candy. We also hold discussion with other universities and specialists remotely on new products development and the technological innovation needed with experiment carried out in the lab simultaneously.
With top-tier machines, we are dedicated to providing customers high-quality popping candy. Each batch of the candy we produce will go through testing of moisture, microbial indicator, and heat resistance before entering the market.
